Donabel Chea, BSN, RN
For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for people during some of the most important moments of their lives. As a Registered Nurse and Senior Placement Liaison, my work is guided by one simple belief — that every senior deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported as they move through life’s next chapters.
My nursing journey has taken me through many specialties, from telemetry and emergency care to dialysis, allergy, and immunology — at respected institutions such as Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and the University of California, San Diego. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that beyond every diagnosis or care plan is a person with a story, a family, and dreams for the future.
Today, I bring that same compassion and clinical expertise to my work helping seniors and their families navigate care at home and find living arrangements that truly feel like home. Whether it’s providing skilled nursing support, coordinating resources, or guiding a family through the emotional process of finding the right assisted living or care community, my goal is to make every step easier and every decision more confident.
I consider it an honor to walk alongside families during these transitions, offering not only professional guidance but also comfort, understanding, and genuine care. My purpose is simple: to help each person live with dignity, peace of mind, and a sense of belonging wherever they call home.
