As founder and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Jennifer B. Siverts in San Diego, she has built a trusted reputation for guiding clients through estate planning, property matters, family law, and elder-care related legal issues.
Jennifer believes that legal services, especially for seniors and their families, should be personal, not transactional. Her practice is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with respect. She works closely with each client to provide tailored solutions that help protect what matters most: their homes, their loved ones, and their peace of mind.
A graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (cum laude) and the University of California, Santa Barbara, Jennifer is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the four U.S. District Courts in California. She has been recognized for her legal expertise and community service, including the Excellence in Community Service Award from the Filipino American Humanitarian Foundation.
When she’s not advocating for her clients, Jennifer enjoys yoga, hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
